Requirements
- 10+ years of software engineering experience
- 3+ years managing engineering teams
- Deep technical expertise in distributed computing, containerization, and cloud infrastructure
- Experience shipping software that runs in customer-managed environments
- Proven ability to recruit, develop, and retain strong engineers
