Job Description
Assisting in the implementation and customization of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions, providing remote support and consulting to customers, and analyzing and resolving issues with SAP HCM and SuccessFactors systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
- Basic knowledge of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors or experience in the Human Resources field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in German and English
