API Architect (Onsite Hybrid)

NTT DATA is seeking a highly skilled API Architect to join our team in Atlanta, Georgia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in API design and development, with experience in cloud platforms, distributed systems, and Agile SDLC.

Requirements

• Design, implement, and deploy API solutions across cloud-native environments
• Lead the development and delivery of API and microservices-based solutions
• Collaborate with business leaders, product owners, and cross-functional teams
• Define and enforce API design standards, guidelines, and best practices
• Create architecture designs and technical deliverables
• Manage and prioritize API and product feature backlogs
• Develop and maintain public and private APIs
• Ensure high availability, scalability, and performance of API platforms and distributed systems
• Work closely with QA/testing teams
• Provide application support
• Participate in client discussions and provide consulting to internal stakeholders
• Build strong relationships with business, operations, and technology teams
• Contribute to enterprise architecture strategy
