Job Description
We are seeking a Guidewire Tech Lead to join our team in Bengaluru, India. The successful candidate will have deep experience across Guidewire Cloud Platform and all three core Guidewire applicationsāPolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter.
Requirements
- Lead design, configuration, and extension of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter
- Provide technical leadership to development and AMS teams
- Manage application operations and support delivery across L2 & L3
- Troubleshoot incidents, perform root-cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes
- Own environment management, release coordination, and production deployments on GW Cloud
- Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and integrations using Gosu/Java
- Integrate Guidewire apps with external/third-party systems (APIs, messaging, middleware)
- Ensure cloud compliance, code quality, and performance best practices
- Support cloud upgrades, patching cycles, and configuration migrations
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross-functional squads in Agile delivery
- Maintain documentation, design specs, and support runbooks
