Job Description
This is a HC & Insurance Operations Associate role, responsible for analyzing insurance requests, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate completion of tasks to meet client SLAs. The ideal candidate should have 6-12 months of experience, basic insurance knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
