Job Description
Manage end-to-end delivery of large/medium-scale project management initiatives across multiple towers and geographies, overseeing complex knowledge transfer processes, and ensuring delivery of project outcomes within defined time, cost, and quality parameters.
Requirements
- 8–10 years relevant experience in Banking/Healthcare/Insurance
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Project & Program Management
- Mandatory certification in Prince 2 or PMP
- Exceptional understanding of BPO Project Management principles and techniques
