Salesforce Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5+ years of hands-on experience in Sales, Service and Experience Cloud. The ideal candidate should have strong development and administrative expertise, be proficient in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and asynchronous processing, and be capable of delivering high-quality solutions aligned with business requirements within defined timelines.

Requirements

• Design, develop, and implement customized solutions on the Salesforce platform.
• Work extensively on Sales Cloud and Service Cloud functionalities.
• Develop scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, and asynchronous Apex (Batch, Queueable, Future methods).
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Work on JIRA stories, ensuring timely delivery with quality and accuracy.
• Perform Salesforce configuration and administration (flows, validation rules, profiles, permissions, etc.).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues, perform debugging, and optimize performance.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for development and deployment.
• Ensure proper documentation of technical solutions and processes.
