Salesforce Solution Architect

We are seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join our team in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions tailored to the unique needs of the automotive finance sector.

Requirements

• Coordinate with business stakeholders to identify business requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce solutions
• Collaborate with colleagues and customers to create prototypes and proofs of concept as a means of eliciting and defining requirements
• Understand and articulate when and how to use declarative vs. developer tools and solutions
• Support the technical implementation of Salesforce solutions, ensuring high-quality delivery, adherence to timelines, and alignment with architectural standards
• Designing solutions that account for large data volumes and data privacy needs
• Reviewing and recommending the best solution for the requirements and articulating trade-offs
• Contribute to the successful delivery and quality of technology solutions by driving discussions and resolving roadblocks
• Formulate and maintain Salesforce solution documentation
• Provide direction to development teams regarding data modeling, sharing and security, and automation
• Participate in grooming and refinement of the Salesforce product backlog in liaison with stakeholders on the project
• Provide guidance on user story writing style, ensuring success and acceptance criteria are defined for each story
• Describe and illustrate designs with appropriate justifications
