Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Salesforce Solution Architect to join their team in Hyderabad, India. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in delivering Salesforce projects using Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a leading role in solutioning and delivering Salesforce projects
- Excellent knowledge of Scrum, Agile, SAFe, DevOps, and technology such as Jira and Confluence
- Experience with large data integration and migration activities within Salesforce projects
- Demonstrated hands-on experience providing design and direction on initial Salesforce cloud implementation(s)
- Bachelor's degree or professional qualification in Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, or a similar field of study
- Salesforce Certifications: Administrator, Platform Dev I, Platform App Builder
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities, as well as the ability to communicate successfully with both technical and non-technical customers
