Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer

NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Salesforce Agentforce Developer to join their team in Pune, India. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce implementation across Sales Cloud, CPQ, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud. Responsibilities include designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce AI solutions to improve customer engagement, sales processes, service operations, and partner/customer experiences.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of Salesforce Agentforce and overall Salesforce platform capabilities
• Strong hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud
• Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SOSL, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and Salesforce security model
• Experience with Salesforce integrations and API-based development
• Good understanding of data modeling, sharing rules, roles, profiles, permission sets, and platform limits
• Understanding or hands-on experience with Salesforce CPQ
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Able to work independently on complex Salesforce enhancements and integrations
