Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Test Manager to lead the end-to-end testing lifecycle, including defining test strategy, developing comprehensive test plans, and creating new SIT test cases. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of AI testing, test data analysis, and industry standard test management tools.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Test Manager
- AI testing experience is mandatory
- Test data analysis competency
- Iterative, Agile, or similar methodology experience
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills
- Experience with industry standard test management tools (MS Azure DevOps)
- ISEB/ISTQB or equivalent certification in testing
- Experience working in the Insurance industry
- Good speaking capability in English
