Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a ServiceNow Developer to join its team in Bangalore, India. The ideal candidate will design, build, and maintain ServiceNow catalog items, work closely with business units to gather and understand requirements, and provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis.
Requirements
- Design, build, and maintain ServiceNow catalog items
- Work closely with business units to gather and understand requirements
- Develop and maintain Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, or Script Includes for automation and approvals
- Configure client scripts, UI policies, business rules, and ACL's to support dynamic catalog behavior and security
- Troubleshoot and resolve catalog-related issues
- Perform unit testing, UAT support, and production deployment support of new or updated catalog items
- Provide documentation and training for catalog item usage and administration
- Provide advanced support for ServiceNow by troubleshooting, implementing bug fixes, and conducting root cause analysis
