Client Project Manager

Join NTT DATA and make an impact. As a Client Project Manager, you will lead and direct concurrent client projects from concept to implementation, ensuring client satisfaction and managing escalations. You will also engage with stakeholders, manage project scope, and provide pre-sales support.

• Seasoned influencing ability whilst taking a collaborative approach
• Decisive with good attention to detail ability
• Seasoned ability to promote project services to both internal stakeholders and external clients
• Competent in project change management
• Seasoned knowledge of the industry, domain, or technology related to the client's project
• Seasoned problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address issues that may arise during project implementation
• Academic qualifications and certifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business and / or project management or related field
• Relevant project management certifications preferably PMP required
• ITIL certification is beneficial
