Consultant/Solutions Sales

Requirements

• 3–5 years of consultative or solution-based sales experience in IT, consulting, ERP/CRM, or digital transformation
• Proven ability to engage directly with business-side leadership
• Experience proposing solutions in at least one domain: Sales/Marketing, Manufacturing, Supply Chain/Logistics/Procurement, Finance/Accounting
• Native-level Vietnamese and business-level Japanese (N2 or higher) for meetings and proposal preparation
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
