MS Engineer (L1) Japanese-speaking

Respond to technical support requests and provide telephonic, ITSM ticket or chat support to clients. Monitor client infrastructure and solutions to identify problems and errors before or as they occur.

Requirements

• Diploma/ degree holder in IT/ Computer Science
• Minimum 1-2 years of IT helpdesk/ customer service working experience
• Basic IT skills
• Advanced to fluent level in Japanese language (for non-native candidates)
• Intermediate to business level English (for Japanese native candidates)
