Requirements

• Seasoned knowledge of data center applications and systems
• Seasoned proficiency in hardware and software systems like servers, networks and databases
• Ability to collect and analyse system performance data to identify issues and improve IT systems
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Seasoned analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot issues and devise efficient solutions
• Seasoned project management skills
• Seasoned proficiency in scripting languages to automate repetitive tasks and streamline operations
• Competency in creating detailed reports that communicate findings and recommendations
• Seasoned knowledge of SQL for managing and manipulating relational databases
