Job Description
NTT DATA is seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 CE Functional Consultant to play a key role in the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions. The ideal candidate will combine strong functional expertise with consulting maturity and lead client-facing discovery, translate business needs into fit-for-purpose CE solutions, and identify, design, and implement practical Copilot and agent-based scenarios that drive measurable business value.
Requirements
- Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE solutions in a lead functional consulting role
- Strong functional knowledge across at least two of: Sales, Customer Service, Customer Insights
- Demonstrated understanding of Copilot capabilities within Dynamics 365 CE
- Experience leading workshops, requirements definition, and UAT
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with senior client stakeholders
