Requirements

• Strong understanding of the IT industry environment and business needs
• Deep vertical/domain/industry expertise coupled with consulting and client engagement experience
• Extensive experience in a consulting or IT role within a large-scale, multinational technology services environment
• Robust problem-solving and analytical capabilities
• Proficiency in managing high-pressure situations and ensuring successful project delivery
• Excellent strategic thinking and business transformation skills
• The capability to facilitate workshops with senior-level clients
• The ability to develop and maintain strong stakeholder relationships
• Excellent client service orientation and advanced interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in information technology and/or Business Management, or a related field
