Job Description
NCS is seeking a Lead Consultant to advise clients on technology strategy and digital transformation, engaging with senior stakeholders and leading end-to-end engagements. This role involves translating business strategy into technology roadmaps, providing strategic advice, and building strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will possess deep technology expertise and strong analytical skills.
Requirements
- 10-15 years in technology strategy & transformation in a leading consulting firm
- Hands-on experience in leading at least 3 technology strategy/transformation project teams
- Demonstrated ability to support complex deals & manage stakeholders
- Deep knowledge of technology (AI, Cloud, Digital Transformation etc)
- Strong critical thinking skills and proactive mindset
- Expertise in working in a VUCA environment
- Mastery in communication skills
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in business administration, computer science, engineering or equivalent.
