Job Description
Nu is seeking an AML Ops Analyst to support regulatory demands and operations routines, ensuring the highest level of quality for customer data and due diligence. The role involves analyzing transactional AML Alerts, identifying suspicious situations, and providing recommendations. The candidate will also be responsible for preparing investigation files, strengthening the AML Ops team, and collaborating with cross-functional areas.
Requirements
- Detail-oriented and diligent individual
- Excellent reporting skills, particularly for regulatory reporting
- Proactive and autonomous person
- Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing conditions
- Effective communication skills in Spanish and/or English
- Strong sense of integrity and responsibility handling sensitive information
- Knowledge of AML/FT laws, regulations, and industry standards
