Job Description
Nubank is looking for a Regulatory Compliance Specialist to support the company's growth by identifying regulatory risks and designing controls to protect the company. The role involves researching regulations, project management, and providing advisory to other teams.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, AML, or regulatory areas for Banks, SOFIPO, and/or Fintechs
- Experience with CNBV & Banxico regulatory requirements for Financial Institutions
- Ability to develop policies and procedures from scratch and implement them
- Fluency in both English and Spanish
