Account Manager

Nucleus Global is seeking an experienced Account Manager to support one of our publications accounts. The role involves client partnership, project leadership, and delivering high-quality work in a dynamic agency environment.

Requirements

• Serve as a key client partner for global publication initiatives
• Lead the execution of manuscripts, abstracts, posters, and congress presentations from planning through submission
• Manage timelines, budgets, and workflows to ensure excellence in delivery
• Collaborate closely with scientific, editorial, and creative teams to produce accurate, compelling scientific communications
• Support development and implementation of strategic publication plans aligned to clinical milestones
• Ensure adherence to ICMJE, GPP, and journal/congress requirements
• Contribute to organic account growth and new business opportunities
