Senior Account Executive

We’re looking for a Senior Account Executive to join our talented, collaborative team supporting a high-profile medical affairs account. You’ll be a key player in bringing scientific stories to life, helping our clients communicate their research clearly, accurately, and with impact.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in project management or a similar role
• Background in medical communications or the pharmaceutical industry, with experience managing medical affairs projects
• Proficient in Veeva (required)
• Skilled at juggling multiple projects while keeping timelines, budgets, and quality on track
• Confident using Microsoft Office, especially Excel for tracking and managing project finances
