Job Description
The Billing Clerk will process sales orders, reconcile service orders, and execute system jobs to generate revenue. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are required.
Requirements
- 1 year experience in billing, accounts payable/receivables; finance related field
- Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills – ability to go above and beyond to meet customer’s needs
- Proficient with various Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and interact well with management
