Job Description
We are seeking a Depot Manager to lead our depot team, supervise employees, and ensure operational and administrative oversight.
Requirements
- Directly manage a minimum of six depot employees
- Lead recruitment, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, and training
- Enforce NUCO2 policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Train and supervise drivers and technicians to ensure DOT Hours of Service compliance
