Job Description
The FSM Developer Analyst reviews and evaluates user needs to create system solutions that support Field Service Management (FSM) and business strategies. The primary focus is on logistics, distribution, scheduling, dispatch, routing, and route optimization, as well as inventory management. The secondary focus is on customer management, contract management, demand and procurement processing, and vendor management.
Requirements
- Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates user needs to create system solutions
- Documents system requirements, defines scope and objectives, and creates system specifications
- Configures the FSM platform based on those specifications
- Acts as an IT liaison with users
- Provides expertise and consultation on projects
- Collaborates across business functions, operations, and vendors for all FSM Integration & requirements
- Understands business needs and issues as they are presented to the Development team
- Be a primary FSM/PSO/Mobile Point of Contact for Business functional and technical inquiries
- Ability to leverage deep technical solutioning skills including knowledge of SQL and.NET
