Job Description
The Vice President of Field Sales & Business Development will shape and execute NuCO2's strategy for field sales, business development, new product commercialization, and mergers & acquisitions across the United States.
Requirements
- Execute safety, business, growth, and customer experience objectives
- Develop and document the company's field sales & business development strategy
- Own the company's mergers and acquisitions program
- Develop and document the company's field sales strategy
- Develop and document the company's new product development program
- Own assigned revenue growth projects
- Drive team performance and accountability
- Act as the escalation point for internal and external customer issues
- Train and coach direct reports
- Provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts
- Lead complex negotiations
- Read, write, analyze, and interpret customer contracts
