Lifeguard

We're looking for a Lifeguard to help keep our members and visitors safe and happy at our Weston-Super-Mare gym. As a Lifeguard, you'll hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification and provide ongoing training records. You'll be responsible for helping members stay safe and healthy when using our wet side facilities, creating a friendly environment, and responding to any incidents straight away.

Requirements

• Hold a National Pool Lifeguard Qualification (NPLQ) or equivalent
• Provide ongoing training records
• Be attentive and alert at all times
• Create a friendly, relaxed and professional environment
• Welcome and support members when using the facilities
• Pay close attention to safety and respond to any incidents straight away
• Ensure Pool Safety Guidelines are followed at all times
