Responsibilities
As a Principal at Nunatak, you’ll be entrusted with the following responsibilities:
- Acquiring clients and projects
- Maintaining existing client relationships, even beyond your current projects, and coordinating with decision makers at the executive management level
- Conceptualization of cross-divisional strategies
- Project management and coordination of internal and external teams
- Setting up, leading and motivating project teams – as a professional initiator as well as a personal mentor
Qualifications
What you bring to the table:
- Completed diploma studies or master’s degree in business administration, economics, industrial engineering or similar concentration, with exceptional performance; MBA or doctoral degree desirable
- Several years of senior-level experience (including project management) in a strategy consultancy
- Solid knowledge of trends, technologies and models in the field of digitalization (lean start-up, design thinking, etc.), as well as knowledge of mergers and acquisitions
- The ability to break down complex issues, derive concrete, strategic courses of action from them, and implement these
- Leadership experience and – as one of Nunatak’s key representatives – a professional demeanor that inspires confidence
- An extensive network of potential clients
- The ability to build long-term client relationships and acquire new clients
- Entrepreneurship, analytical thinking and strategic thinking
- You view yourself as a consultant and service provider
- Very good knowledge of project management and agile project management methods, as well as of MS Office
- Business fluency and expressiveness in German and English (written and spoken)
