Safety Governance & Standards Lead

Nuro is seeking a Safety Governance & Standards Lead to lead the company's safety function, setting vision and strategy for safety standards, Safety Management Systems, and overall safety leadership.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in safety for complex, high-reliability domains
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a technical or safety-related discipline
• Demonstrated leadership in managing multidisciplinary safety teams for safety-critical systems
• Expert in safety standards, SMS design, and safety argumentation
• Technical experience with hands-on experience working in SW, HW, and Operations
