Job Description
At Nuro, safety isn't a checklist - it's the foundation of everything we build. We're looking for a Systems Safety TPM who can operate at the intersection of functional safety standards, platform integration, and cross-disciplinary engineering to help us deliver a vehicle that earns public trust every mile it drives.
Requirements
- 4–6 years of experience in systems engineering, safety engineering, or technical program management in automotive, AV, robotics, or adjacent domains
- Hands-on familiarity with ISO 26262 processes and work products (FSR, TSR, HARA, FMEA, safety plans, etc.)
- Experience working across at least two of: Controls, Hardware, or Embedded Software disciplines
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-team programs with competing priorities and tight timelines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills; able to synthesize technical complexity for mixed audiences
