Requirements
- Current LPN licensure with the State Board of Nursing in the State of Florida
- One year experience in a facility setting
- AHCA Clearence
- Current CPR card
- Negative TB/PPD or Chest X-Ray within the last 12 months
- Statement of Good Health/Physical within the last 6 months
- Successful completion of the skills assessment specific to the areas of experience
- Effective communication skills
