Requirements
- Current license as an OT in AZ
- Home Health experience
- Compliance with professional standards and practice
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of home care regulations
- Current CPR card
- Current TB test
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Current occupational therapy assessment skills
