Requirements
- Current license as a PT in AZ.
- Home Health experience.
- Compliance with professional standards and practice.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of home care federal and state regulations.
- Current CPR card.
- TB test (performed within 6 months of hire) or signed release from MD w/ CXR stating you're free from s/s of TB.
