We're a commercial cleaning and support services company looking for an Area Cleaning Manager to lead and inspire our cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service, manage efficiently, and build strong relationships with clients and employees.

Requirements

• Lead and inspire cleaning teams to deliver exceptional service
• Manage efficiently and oversee recruitment, employee relations, and team performance
• Ensure service excellence by driving compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
• Monitor budgets and payroll while ensuring accurate payroll processing
• Build strong relationships with clients and employees
• Maintain cleaning plans, troubleshoot issues, and think on your feet in a fast-moving environment
• Ensure all sites have sufficient cleaning materials and consumables
