Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Animal Science, Agriculture, or a related field
• Previous background in the field of Ruminants
• Proven experience developing and executing marketing strategies and annual plans
• Strong market research and analytical skills, with the ability to translate insights into action
• Experience leading and developing high-performing marketing teams
• Strong budget management and reporting capabilities
• Excellent communication skills and a confident stakeholder management style
• Comfort working in a matrixed organisation with both regional and global stakeholders
