Trouw Nutrition Global Category Leader – Mixed Products & Young Animal Feed. Global ownership and governance over two diverse and strategic product areas: Mixed Products (including premix, farm mineral and concentrates) and Young Animal Feed (YAF).

Requirements

• Master's degree in Veterinary Science, Agriculture, Animal Science, or a related field
• Strong expertise in mixed products (premix, concentrates) is essential; YAF experience is a plus.
• Proven experience in category management, product management, within animal nutrition, feed, or livestock industries.
• Strong strategic mindset with the ability to translate high-level direction into actionable plans.
• Solid business & financial acumen, including pricing, margin management, and supplier negotiations
• Proven experience with people management
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills; able to lead without full hierarchical authority
• Strong analytical capabilities; able to synthesize large volumes of data into insights and actions
• Experience operating in global, matrix organizations with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience leading multicultural and geographically dispersed teams.
