Join Nutreco as an HR Data Specialist to support the creation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HR reporting across the company. You will manage global HR reporting & data tickets, build and maintain Workday reports, and support global HR stakeholders with reporting needs and data questions. The role is ideal for those who want to break into People Analytics and grow step by step into more advanced analytics and continuous improvement work.
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, HR operations, HR reporting, analytics or a related data role
- Some experience or strong willingness to learn Workday Reporting, Adaptive Planning and Power BI
- Genuine interest in HR data, people analytics, GDPR principles and building data literacy
- Ability to manage multiple reporting requests and communicate clearly with stakeholders
- Strong English communication skills; Spanish is an advantage for Madrid-based collaboration
