Join Nutreco as a Hyperautomation Scaler to drive enterprise adoption of hyperautomation and agentic AI, translating strategy into scaled adoption and accelerating business value creation.
Requirements
- 8+ years in digital transformation, automation, AI adoption or enterprise-level program scaling
- Proven track record rolling out enterprise-wide automation or AI programs
- Strong experience in change leadership, stakeholder engagement, and driving behavioural adoption
- Ability to link technology to business outcomes and articulate value/ROI
- Knowledge of hyperautomation (agentic AI, low-code, automation frameworks) and emerging AI trends
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence without authority
- A collaborative mindset, curiosity, and passion for enabling others
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs in Business, Innovation, Digital, or related fields
- Fluency in English; other languages are an advantage
