Join Nutreco as a Plant Manager Development Programme participant and develop your leadership skills in a hands-on role. You'll learn about plant operations, rotate across different plants and functions, and gain end-to-end experience in a production environment.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related field
• At least 2 years of experience in a leadership position
• At least 3 years of experience working in a production or manufacturing company
• English at B2 level or above (Cambridge University standard)
• Willingness to relocate to any province across Spain or Portugal
