Join Trouw Nutrition as Sustainability Manager Swine ECA to execute a comprehensive Sustainability Roadmap for Swine initiatives across the ECA region, driving sustainability strategies and elevating the company's reputation as a leader in sustainable animal nutrition.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Sustainability, Agriculture or Marketing
- 7+ years of professional experience in sustainability topics, concepts, and initiatives
- Demonstrated ability to translate sustainability into clear business value and lead the path for sustainable swine production
- Experience in the animal production/feed/nutrition sectors or other industries such as food or animal pharma
- Fluent English and ability to communicate and influence others
- Strong business acumen, stakeholder management, and communication skills
