Job Description for Sales Agronomist in Tamworth, NSW. Responsible for providing agronomic and technical support to farmers and producers in the region, with product sales both in store and on farm. Building long-term client relationships and developing a strong understanding of clients' business goals.
Requirements
- Established as a trusted advisor in an agronomy role
- Understanding of products, seasonal timings and general requirements of rural producers
- Sound customer service, organisational, administrative and computing skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in understanding of the sales process and strong sales activity and call cycle management
- Tertiary qualification in agricultural science or a related field
- Current driver's license
