Requirements

• Demonstrate a passion for customer service
• Have a positive approach and determination to succeed
• Have exposure to or a strong passion in farming and agriculture
• Have previous success in a retail sales or customer service role
• Be self-motivated and capable of nurturing and sustaining strong customer relationships
• Be keen to learn all aspects of retail operations and sales
• Have a current driver's license and ideally a forklift ticket
