Seasonal Lab Technician, Night Shift (FT)

Join Waypoint Analytical as a Seasonal Laboratory Technician and support the laboratory by following methodologies, performing analysis, and interpreting data from samples. This is a seasonal position with estimated duration of 3-6 months.

Requirements

• Prepare and analyze samples for a wide variety of testing procedures.
• Follow the outlined methodologies and Standard Operating Procedures for the tests assigned.
• Learn to operate and maintain scientific equipment/instrumentation.
• Document activities and report results in a concise and accurate manner.
• Assist group leaders and analysts in ordering and inventorying consumables, chemicals, and parts for instrumentation.
• Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of laboratory equipment and areas.
