Job Description
The Bloodless Med Clinical Coordinator will serve as a liaison between the hospital, community, and medical staff, providing clinical counseling and support to bloodless medicine patients. This part-time role involves collecting patient data, developing protocols, coordinating patient care, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. The role focuses on improving patient outcomes and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
Requirements
- Maintain relevant policies and procedures, patient education, and outcomes data collection.
- Support the development of written protocols and education for nurses.
- Ensure timely submission of outcomes data to Quality Department.
- Work closely with multidisciplinary team to promote positive patient outcomes.
- Coordinate inpatient rounding and patient communication.
- Collaborate with medical director and nursing officer.
