Job Description
The Oncology Pharmacy Specialist develops and provides high-quality pharmaceutical care to oncology/hematology patients, overseeing chemotherapy medication formulary, providing clinical information, and training staff. The role involves collaborating with medical and nursing personnel to optimize patient care and monitoring drug therapy.
Requirements
