Job Description
The Patient Access Liaison I role involves facilitating patient flow through the hospital system to ensure a smooth registration and scheduling experience. This position focuses on gathering patient demographics, verifying insurance, and completing administrative tasks, including communication and adherence to company policies.
Requirements
- HS Diploma with minimum of 2 years job-related experience.
- Associate degree with 6 months job-related experience
- Basic MS Word & MS Excel
- Customer Service and organizational skills.
- Understanding of Department Policies and Procedures (HIPAA, EMTALA).
