Job Description
Facilitates patient flow through the system from scheduling through registration check in to provide a 'one touch' registration/scheduling experience.
Requirements
- Greet patients and staff promptly and in a professional manner
- Perform registration functions, insurance eligibility verification, patient liability collection, scheduling and admitting duties
- Provide estimates for services when appropriate
