Job Description
Nuvance Health is seeking a Patient Monitor Technician for its network of hospital and outpatient locations. The role involves continuous digital observation and surveillance of assigned patients, first line of action in case of patient distress, and collaboration with clinical staff. Knowledgeable about video monitoring systems and patient safety protocols are essential.
Requirements
- High School Graduate/G.E.D
- Minimum one (1) year experience in hospital or clinical environment (physician office, nursing home, ambulatory services, etc.) providing direct patient care.
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Basic computer skills (Microsoft)
- Ability to assess and de-escalate situations.
