Job Description
The Registered Nurse provides direct patient care guided by the American Nurses Association (ANA) scope of practice. The nurse collaborates with patients, family/significant others, peers, physicians, and other members of the interdisciplinary healthcare team in the delivery of healthcare services to patients.
Requirements
- Current and unobstructed New York State Registered Nurse (NY Hospitals)
- Current and unobstructed Connecticut Registered Nurse License (CT Hospitals)
- New graduates awaiting licensure at the discretion of the Chief Nursing Officer (CT only)
- American Nurses Association endorsed Certifications or Academy of Medical-Surgical Nurses Certification Preferred (*Based on Certification specialty hours of work requirement).
