Nuvance Health Med Practice PC is seeking a Medical Assistant and Patient Practice Representative to provide administrative and clerical support to the Southern Ob/Gyn department. The role focuses on patient registration, billing, chart management, scheduling, and specimen collection. This position requires certification and annual recertification in Trans Magnetic Stimulation.

Requirements

• Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant or Emergency Medical Technician experience.
• Data entry skills.
• Basic medical knowledge and terminology.
• Accurate patient vital signs.
• One year medical assistant/secretary experience, or graduate of an accredited Medical Assistant training program.
